For example, when a new employee commences, their details (including access rights) are forwarded to CDS Security and uploaded to your system remotely. An access card is then created with the employee’s credentials and access restrictions and forwarded to your office. Any changes to personnel access rights can also be made remotely and new cards issued.

Card access information can also be imported into your payroll system using the smart time and attendance functions available within our flexible access control system.

We can also provide secondary alarm verification via remote CCTV viewing that helps prevent false alarms being actioned unnecessarily ensuring that escalation to police or patrols is only actioned when really required.
